According to the Chartered Quality Institute, Quality Management is an organization-wide approach to understanding precisely what customers need and consistently delivering accurate solutions within budget, on time with minimum loss to society.

At Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria Quality is our watchword. Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN) seeks to bring about a wider understanding and acceptance of quality in healthcare especially towards improved patient outcomes.
