3rd Conference of the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria

The 3rd Conference of the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria will hold on the 13th and 14th of October 2011 (at the Royal Tropicana Hotel) with the theme- Safety, Standards and Customer Service. This conference will address the following:

• Standards in a Demand Driven Health Insurance System
• Quality in Managed Care
• Standards and Quality Improvement
• Accreditation as a Key Means of Quality Improvement
• Patient Safety and Patient Experience
• Diagnostics, Safety and Cost

There will also be sessions where local hospitals explain the change processes they have undergone or are currently undergoing to improve quality, standards and customer service and how this has affected their bottom-line.
