World Quality day was introduced in November 1990 as a day to promote awareness of quality all over the world. It is a day set aside to encourage individuals, organizations and governments to practice quality in all areas which will translate to growth and prosperity.

According to the Chartered Quality Institute, Quality Management is an organization-wide approach to understanding precisely what customers need and consistently delivering accurate solutions within budget, on time with minimum loss to society.

At Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria Quality is our watchword. Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN) seeks to bring about a wider understanding and acceptance of quality in healthcare especially towards improved patient outcomes.

We at SQHN say Happy World Quality Day. Endeavor to make quality an everyday affair for the growth and sustainable development of Nigeria.
